Little Gymnast

Hank started gymnastics last week at River City Gymnastics. He has really impressed me so far with his willingness to try new things and follow directions. I wasn't sure what a two and a half year old would get out of gymnastics (other than fun!), but this program is really structured and actually teaches some skills. He is so proud of himself when he does a new activity, like flipping on the rings or doing a backwards roll on a mat. He is really learning a lot about taking turns, sharing and following the teacher's directions. It is a Mommy and Me type class, so I couldn't take many action photos. Here are a few that I did get.
