He decided to try the tumbling mats, but he kept getting distracted by the other kids. His good buddy Drew was there, and Drew was fearless. Climbing, somersaulting, jumping...and every time Hank looked at him, Hank would exclaim "Dew!" in a "I'm worried you don't understand the danger" sort of voice. It was pretty awesome.
Once he warmed up, Hank was literally squealing with delight at the simplest things, like laying on this mat.
He laid down on this mat with all the other kids (that's Drew in the orange), but he scrambled off immediately when he realized it was blowing up into a bounce house. He was not having anything to do with that!
Here he is, oblivious to the fact that he is sitting on the birthday girl's tutu!
Very excited about balloons at the party. The red balloon is his favorite part of reading Goodnight Moon.
With his buddy Drew. We were all happy but tired after that party!

This is one of the funniest posts you have written in a while. Poor baby - that first picture speaks volumes. Miss you guys. xo
I agree completely with Larkin. This is so precious; I just wanna hug him through the screen! Xoxo
