I sneaked a peak at the nest this morning and was so surprised to see the baby birds have hatched!!! I tried to take a picture through the door like I got of the eggs, but they just didn't show up too well.
So I went outside. Mr and Mrs Mockingbird flew away, but they were extremely nervous about how close I was getting to the nest with my camera. I got one shot and then left because I was afraid they would start dive-bombing me. When I put my camera lens over the nest, one of the babies opened its little beak for his dinner. So incredibly cute!
