haircut decision

Should I keep growing my hair out or cut it back to chin length? I just found this picture of me with my Uncle Bob's dog Harley and it reminded me of how much I liked my hair that length. I need a haircut either way... Thoughts? (p.s. that is my niece Mary Katherine's tummy that I am looking at)
