One of my friends sold us her very gently used train table, complete with tracks and trains. All of it for $45, plus she delivered the thing to my house. What a bargain! Hank was thrilled. He is helping Colin with the screw driver.

We have been getting tons and tons of rain this May, but Hank doesn't let it stop him. Thanks Larkin for the super cute rocket umbrella!
