Hank's Fire Truck Birthday Party

Hank turned two on Christmas day! We celebrated with a party on Sunday the 23rd at my parents' house with a few of his friends. Since he really loves fire trucks, we went with a fire truck theme. He had a big time!

Big Truck!

We had rice krispies treats instead of cupcakes, because Hank doesn't like cake much. Also on the menu were goldfish, cheese and Ritz crackers. Oh, and Capri Sun. Nothing but the finest for my boy! I think he would've picked that exact menu if he could've chosen.

Besides his friends, we had Hank's grandparents from both sides, his great grandparents on Colin's side, three aunts, one uncle, and two cousins. Our family fills the house up quickly!
All in all, this party was a huge success. Four 2 year olds set us up for a few 'mine' episodes, a few thrown ornaments, and a little spilled juice, but that was all pretty much expected! They were all very well behaved, and Hank didn't even cry when we sang him happy birthday. Hank hardly knew what to do with all of his presents. He is such a lucky boy!!!
