Park!

Now that The Hottest Summer Ever has ended, Hank is getting lots of park time after school and on the weekends. He likes crawling through the tunnel, going down the slide, climbing back up the slide with help, swinging, and of course, running the bases with Daddy.

 He watches the big boys and tries his hardest to imitate them. It is really adorable, except when the big boys start doing things like jumping off the playset, climbing the big ladder, etc.

 Swinging never gets old.

The only downside is that he hates to leave! He cries the whole way home every time we have to leave the park. His teacher even told me today that he is always the last child on the playground because he refuses to go in. She has to carry him! Hopefully this will be a quick phase.
