Toys!

Hank has developed an attachment to two little toys. Both are pictured with him above. On the left is his the numero-uno toy "Circle Dog." We are on version 2 and 3 of Circle Dog because the first one got lost somewhere. He actually picked the original Circle Dog out at Dillard's one day when he was about 6 months old. I thought it was a little bit expensive for a rattle, but he really wanted it. He barely puts the thing down! The lion is what he drags around all day at school. Circle Dog stays in the car in the morning, so that he doesn't get lost at school. I had sent the lion for his crib at school, and he just became attached to it somewhere along the way. His teacher told me that the other kids know not to mess with his lion because he is protective of it!
He usually leaves the lion at school, but last weekend it came home with us. His hands are pretty full with both of them!

This night was almost a disaster. He found the back-up Circle Dog! He walked around carrying both of them for a while until I could get one back from him.

Circle Dog sleeps with Hank and then comes to the high chair every morning. He gets very dirty.

Hank also has decided lately that Hot Wheels are awesome. It is pretty funny. He likes to take them all out of the box and put them on the floor. Then he picks them up and puts them all back in the box like "ta-da!"

 Ta-da!
