We took Hank to the zoo last weekend. He was mostly interested in his snacks, watching the other kids, and helping to push the stroller. We kept pointing to the amazing animals, and he would just look at us like 'ok, i get it.' It didn't help that it was the first weekend of spring break in Arkansas, so the zoo was having record setting attendance!
His attitude changed completely when he saw the penguins. Colin and I both really love seeing the penguins, so it was extra exciting that he enjoyed them so much. The new penguin exhibit lets you get right up close to the tank where they swim right by. Hank really liked it.
He was pretty tired after that. Being adorable is hard work!
