Green Card

After much jumping-through-hoops, Lee-Ann has been approved for a green card! This means that she will not be deported back to Canada for overstaying her visa. After she has been here five years, she is eligible for full blown citizenship. No wonder so many people live here illegally; it seems like a verrrry hard process to do the correct way. We are certainly happy that Lee-Ann is here to stay! Skye invited us girls over on Monday night to celebrate. It was a much needed evening of girl talk, wine and brownies. Thanks again for having us over, Skye!
